Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Users are entitiled to cancel Order prior to the confirmation of order from the restaurant/outlet/homebaker. Once the Order is confirmed from the restaurant/outlet/homebaker's end, user cannot cancel the order and will not be entitled for any kind of refund in case of prepaid order.
  2. If an user cancels their Order after confirmation of the order by restaurant/outlets/home bakers, Sugaree reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% of the Order amount which will be added in the Subsequent Order and can also disable the cash on delivery facility until complete amount is collected, as a compensation for breach of contract and the damages suffered by Sugaree. Sugaree also reserves the right, not to refund the Order value in case the Order is prepaid or want to recover from the subsequent Order in case the Order is COD, to compensate the Previous order.
  3. Sugaree reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by Sugaree for reasons not attributable to Sugaree, including but not limited to:
    • In the event if the address provided by User is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone.
    • In the event if failure to contact User by phone or email or SMS at the time of delivering the Order.
    • In the event if failure to deliver User Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from User at the time of delivery
  4. In the event if the unavailability of all the items ordered by User, Sugaree will contact the User on the phone number registered with Sugaree at the time of placing the Order and inform User of such unavailability. In such an event User will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and will be entitled to a refund to an amount 100% of the Order value.
  5. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Sugaree, Sugaree shall not impose any penalty on the User.
