Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

An User can claim for a Refund Request if any of the following criteria is satisfied for the said order: 

  1. User can place the order and can cancel the same prior to the confirmation of order from the restaurant/outlets/home-bakers, user will get 100 % refund if they had made payment successfully to Sugaree through the App or website within 7 working days.
  2. If a restaurant/outlets/home-baker cancels the order after confirmation from their side, user will get 100 % refund if they had made payment successfully to Sugaree through the App or websitewithin 7 working days.
  3. If an order/food item placed by an user is unintentionally misplaced by any other order/food item or packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery or wrong order is delivered, then user will get 100 % refund if they had made online payment successfully through the App or website within 7 working days. Note: This is only applicable if an user is able to provide proper evidence of the mishappening in form of an image or a video at the time of rasing refund request of the said order. If the user fails to do so, then they will not be eligible to claim any kind of refund from Sugaree.
  4. User is not eligible for a refund if order is delayed due to the natural disaster, strikes, traffic jams, or any other unforeseen reason. In case of delay from restaurant/outlet/homebaker's end due to bulk order or rush hour the user will not be entitled with refund. 
  5. An order can be cancelled by Sugaree if an user is unresponsive, not-reachable, unavailable or has provided wrong address for delivery, during or at the time of delivery. In such case user will not be eligible for any refund.
